I’m a Tromsø-based artist creating work that explores the intersections of health and illness in Western society. Through my practice, I aim to bring visibility to the often-hidden experiences of the body and mind, questioning how we understand identity, care, wellness, and the world around us. My work is deeply influenced by other queer, feminist, and crip perspectives, challenging traditional narratives and embracing the complexities of agency, and resilience. Whether through prints, installations, photography, or sculpture, I use these mediums to explore how we navigate spaces that aren’t always built with us in mind. I want to invite you to reflect on personal and collective struggles, while sparking conversations about accessibility, care, and the need for change. I believe art can be a space for dialogue and transformation, where we can imagine a more inclusive, compassionate future for all. ❤
Love, Kathi
